Daily:
Before starting the machine, check the door seal, vacuum pump oil, refrigeration pressure, and valve status; load the materials evenly without stacking and blocking; record the temperature, vacuum degree, and time during operation.
Weekly/Monthly:
Defrost and clean the cold trap; clean the condenser dust; inspect the vacuum piping, sealing rings, and electrical connections; perform leakage checks if necessary.
Quarterly/Semi-Annually:
Replace the vacuum pump oil and filter; test the ultimate vacuum and leakage rate; clean the cooling system heat dissipation components; calibrate the temperature and vacuum sensors.
Annually:
Have professionals check the refrigerant pressure, compressor, electrical system, and control program; calibrate key instruments and back up process data.
Key Reminder:
Commercial machines place greater emphasis on batch stability and compliance records; deteriorated vacuum pump oil, sealing leaks, and accumulated dust in the condenser will directly reduce production capacity.
