After each use:

Clean the chamber, trays, cold trap and door sealing ring; dry the accumulated water after defrosting; check the oil level and color of the vacuum pump; replace the oil immediately if it turns black or emulsified.

Monthly/Quarterly:

Clean the condenser fins, inspect the power cord, sealing strip and vacuum pipeline; conduct a no-load vacuum test to observe if the vacuum is stable.

Every six months/year:

Replace the vacuum pump oil, check the operation status of the refrigeration system and compressor; calibrate the temperature and vacuum display; clean and dry thoroughly before long-term shutdown and disconnect the power to prevent dust.

Key Reminder:

The sealing ring and vacuum pump oil are the most easily overlooked consumables; do not use hard objects to chisel ice in the cold trap; before shutting down, first evacuate the vacuum, then stop the vacuum pump and refrigeration.
