1. What can be customised
Standard machines share one platform: −55 °C cold trap, ≤2 Pa ultimate vacuum, air-cooled condensing and food-grade SUS304. On top of that platform, tray dimensions, tray quantity, chamber layout, voltage (110 V / 220 V / 380 V) and operating-system language are all configurable.
